We require a 24 hours notice for any cancelations on your sessions. Full refunds will be issued to swimmers who wish to cancel their enrollment prior to the first day of lessons. Swimmers who choose to withdraw after the first day of lessons will not receive any refunds after the first day.
Since we operate in an outdoor heated pool, we swim rain or shine. If the weather is unsafe to teach in (like thunder or lighting), we will get in touch to cancel the lessons, and we'll reschedule for the Friday of that same week. If you don't hear from us, the lessons are still a go!
Since we are an outdoor heated pool, our lessons run rain or shine. If the swimmer or parent/guardian chooses to cancel a lesson, there will be no make-up classes since Fridays of that week are only meant for rainy days. If the instructor cancels the lesson due to rain or any circumstance, you will be granted a make-up lesson on the Friday of that week.
You should bring a bathing suit, towel, goggles, previous report cards, swim diapers if your child is NOT potty trained and a smile :).
Of course, it's okay! If you don't know the previous level taken or are trying to decide what class to register for, your instructor will do a swim assessment to ensure the swimmer is at the right level.
Yes, there is a change room available. However, please arrive already in your swimsuit so the previous swimmer can access the changing room after their lesson. Please use the washroom before you come, but yes, we have a restroom.
Yes you can! You can place a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your spot. The $50 will be deducted from the original price.
